The stone sits in a 20 gauge sterling silver backplate for the best durability. The stone part measures approx 1 inch long by.7 inch at the widest part of the teardrop. The cuff length is 5.5 inches and has an approx. 1 1/4 inch opening in the back. Band can be slightly adjusted once for your best fit, but refrain from adjusting it too often. Sterling silver.
