Where do you ship?
We currently deliver within the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is free for orders of $50 or more before applicable tax and after discounts; orders below that threshold have a $5.95 shipping charge.
How do I choose my ring size?
Choose an available size on the product page. A professional measurement is the most reliable option. Not every ring can be resized; contact us before ordering if you need a different fit.
Are the stones identical?
Natural stones and shell can vary in pattern, texture and color. Product photography and descriptions are your best guide. Screen settings may also affect how a color appears.
Can I use more than one offer?
Welcome offers cannot be combined. Include WELCOME10 or SHELL15 in your email inquiry for our team to review eligibility. Sending an email does not subscribe you, confirm an order or apply a discount automatically. Gift card issuance must be arranged with our team.
How can I change an order?
Contact [email protected] promptly with your order number. Changes depend on whether processing or shipping has started; we cannot guarantee a change once an order is on its way.
How do I leave a review?
Online review submissions are not enabled on this website. Please email [email protected] with feedback about a purchased piece. We never invent reviews.
